Music Choice(R) Extends Its Reach into Voice Over IP (VoIP) Through VisiFone; VisiFone VoIP Subscribers Gain Access to a Wide Variety of Music Channels and Music News

September 20, 2005

ViseonMedia, a subsidiary of Viseon, Inc. (OTCBB:VSNI) and exclusive source of TV-quality interactive programming to VisiFone Multimedia digital home telephones, today announced that Music Choice, the pioneering music video network, will provide music content for the upcoming U.S. VisiFone consumer pilot slated for early 2006. The new VisiFone Multimedia digital telephone for VoIP is capable of displaying fully interactive video and digital audio without the complexities of a personal computer, in addition to being a digital telephone/videophone. Music Choice will deliver a wide variety of non-stop audio music channels, including R&B and Hip-Hop, Hit List, 80s, 90s, Country, Rock, and much more. In addition, Music Choice will offer “Music Choice News,” a daily dose of music news and artist gossip, to ViseonMedia, who will in turn format and broadcast the content to VisiFone homes throughout the United States. The Music Choice network joins other leading consumer content providers including ABC News, The Weather Channel Interactive, Court TV, Discovery Networks, Fox News Channel, College Sports Television, AccuWeather, Expo TV and many others soon to be announced.

“Participating in ViseonMedia’s pilot program opens a new channel for consumers to access their favorite music. VoIP presents a completely new opportunity to interact with a nation-wide audience,” stated David Del Beccaro, President and CEO of Music Choice. “Our music video network is truly pioneering a new platform.”

“Broadcast music is one of the most popular multimedia content categories and Music Choice is the perfect match to complete the consumers’ multimedia experience on the VisiFone,” said ViseonMedia President and CEO, J.D. de Haseth. “Music Choice is a premier multi-platform music network that will provide VisiFone subscribers with popular audio music channels, including R&B, Hip-Hop, Hit List, 80s, 90s, Country, Rock, and much more.”

ViseonMedia will deliver music, sports, shopping, weather, news, information, and entertainment programming to VisiFone users around the globe. Content providers will ultimately include cable channels, local and national broadcast networks, online providers, and print media. Consumers can choose to view personally customized news, sports, weather, and entertainment as well as control the features of their VoIP services directly on the screen of their VisiFone. ViseonMedia interactive programming on the VisiFone is not designed to replace the television or the web portal experience. Instead, it is a dedicated third screen within the home where consumers can automatically view personalized information on their preferred time schedule in a TV-like experience.

According to International Data Corporation, 3 million U.S. users will have VoIP service by year end 2005, reaching 27 million users by 2009. For further information, please see the company websites at www.viseonmedia.com and www.viseon.com.
