IVI Communications, Inc. Retains Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist, Stanton Walker & Company, and SEC Counsel, Silicon Valley Law Group

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IVI Communications, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: IVCM) is pleased to announce its retention of Stanton Walker & Company and Silicon Valley Law Group.

IVI Communications has signed a business advisory and consulting services agreement with New York-based Stanton Walker & Company. Stanton Walker will assist in the evaluation of certain strategic business decisions facing the Company. IVCM is in discussion stages with several companies regarding acquisitions and potential mergers. Stanton Walker's work will include due diligence, structuring transaction terms and providing consulting services throughout the process. Stanton Walker will also seek potential acquisition candidate companies that fit IVCM's business objectives.

Both Richard Stanton and Richard Walker, principals of Stanton Walker, have extensive experience working in and consulting to both private and public companies. They have founded, operated, and grown small private and public companies themselves.

In addition, IVI Communications, Inc. has retained Cathryn Gawne and Ron Austin of the San Jose, California law firm, Silicon Valley Law Group (http://www.svlg.com/), to advise them with respect to securities compliance matters. Silicon Valley Law Group is a business and technology law firm specializing in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, commercial real estate and high stakes business and intellectual property litigation.
