EMS Technologies Announces $22.3 Million Value of Space Telescope Contract

ATLANTA, Sept. 28, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- EMS Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:ELMG) announced today that the value of the contract from the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) for the detailed design of a fine guidance sensor (FGS) and a tunable filter for NASA's next-generation James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) is approximately $22.3 million over the next 18 months. The details of this contract, let to the Space & Technology / Montreal division in Canada, were released earlier this week.
