Plan to Create New Airline

A-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper reported on the plan to set up a new airline to operate in the Gulf region. The paper noted that each of the Gulf States has a national airline except Bahrain, which has headquarters for Gulf Air airlines
. The paper noted that airline companies in the Gulf operate about three hundred airplanes and have plan to purchase about two hundred additional planes by the end of 2010.Source: Info-Prod Research (Middle East)
