I.B.I.S, Inc. Acquires Charlotte, N.C.-Based InfoVision's Microsoft Business Solutions Practice; Atlanta Firm Extending Reach into the Carolinas and Mid-Atlantic

Norcross-based Microsoft Gold Certified Partner I.B.I.S., Inc., a leading enterprise business solution provider specializing in the integration and deployment of business solutions from Microsoft, today announced that it has acquired the Microsoft Business Solutions practice of Charlotte, N.C. based InfoVision, another Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. InfoVision will continue to operate as a Microsoft partner focused on Infrastructure products and services.
After integrating the InfoVision MBS consultants and transitioning the customer base, I.B.I.S., Inc. will open an office in Charlotte to provide a local presence to serve their newly acquired clients.
