Lynda Sanders Page, IRJ Conference Manager, Dies at 60

Lynda Sanders Page, conference manager for Railway Age sister publication International Railway Journal, died August 11. She was 60. A 31-year veteran of the magazine, she joined the staff at Simmons-Boardman Publishing Corp.’s U.K. office as secretary and personal assistant to the then editor, the late John Levett. She was quickly promoted to editorial assistant in 1976, and moved up again to production manager in 1982. Sanders Page took on a new role as conference manager earlier this year. She is survived by her partner, David, and her son, Alex.
