As part of an ongoing effort to accelerate its channel partner program, PatchLink(TM) Corporation, the leading security management solutions provider, today announced the worldwide expansion of its Global Solution Provider Program (GSPP) to meet increased demand for its security software. The enhanced, multi-tier program arms its distributors and solution providers worldwide with market-leading security products, effective marketing and sales tools, advanced technical training, and experienced support staff.
"PatchLink has designed a channel-focused program that effectively leverages industry expertise and next generation security technologies to provide partners with the ability to easily market to customers," said Chris Gardner, vice president of PatchLink's North American sales. "PatchLink is focused on providing the tools and resources that will drive revenue and increase profitability for its partners."
The PatchLink GSPP has three authorized levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum; the latter by invitation only. Each level delivers unique support requirements and benefits, including a generous Joint Marketing Funds incentive program that provides promotional support based on sales to help partners grow their business.
"PatchLink has developed into one of the best partners and nicest product additions in our 55-year history," said Rick Gordon, CEO of AE Business Solutions (www.aebs.com). "The product is very impressive and competes strongly. The PatchLink partner program is uncomplicated, supportive and profitable."
The expanded PatchLink GSPP includes a personalized partner Web portal, for each authorized partner, with unique ID and password. The portal gives partners access to specific partner-level information, updates on the latest company product information, marketing campaigns, training resources, competitive insights, and online prospect registration, among other features. In addition, authorized partners are able to register end-user prospects online with PatchLink.
"Our relationship with PatchLink has been tremendous because both organizations share parallel business goals with quality customer care high on the list. This fluid partnership allows us to deliver best-in-class security technologies to our customers and ultimately protect their critical enterprise infrastructures," said Ron Fowler, president and CEO, Structured Communication Systems (www.structured.com). "PatchLink's comprehensive partner program and security management software offerings truly bring the best of both business and security productivity to our end users."
In support of the PatchLink GSPP, PatchLink delivers its award-winning suite of security solutions in 12 languages and provides international channel support from its offices in the United States, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
