Citizens First Wholesale Mortgage Co. Prepares for Baby Boomer Housing Surge With Mortgage Builder LOS; Retirement Community Lender Chooses Mortgage Builder's End-to-End Solution for Expansion

Mortgage Builder Software, Inc., a provider of end-to-end mortgage banking software solutions, announced that Citizens First Wholesale Mortgage Co. installed its loan origination software (LOS). The Villages, Fla.-based Citizens First Wholesale Mortgage Co. is directly affiliated with The Villages, the largest single site retirement community in the United States.

Currently home to more than 50,000 people, The Villages is in the process of expanding to 100,000 residents within the next six years to accommodate retiring "Baby Boomers." Citizens First Wholesale Mortgage Co. will process the majority of those loans. To prepare for this boom in business, the company searched for an end-to-end LOS capable of handling the extra volume. Dealing with multiple vendors opens up opportunities for error.
