Ritmo Latino Inc., is pleased to announce a new series of educational computer software tutorials specifically designed for the Spanish-speaking person who desires to learn how to use a computer. Each tutorial will be sold for $14.98, and initially there will be a total of eight (8) complete titles offered: 1. Curso de computacion - Windows XP 2. Curso de computacion - Internet 3. Curso de computacion - Word XP 4. Curso de computacion - Word XP (Experto) 5. Curso de computacion - Excel XP 6. Curso de computacion - Excel XP (Experto) 7. Curso de computacion - Outlook 8. Curso de computacion - PowerPoint
The tutorials are simple to use and do not require any installation of any kind. They run directly from a CD-ROM and can be used for training on the go. By offering the software in Spanish, Ritmo Latino is making it easier for its customers to learn how to use these important programs. This is important because Microsoft(R) offers the Windows(R) operating system and Office(R) programs in over 24 different languages and is the standard for homes, schools and businesses worldwide.
"We are excited to be the first retailer to offer this computer software in Spanish. A large number of Hispanic families have purchased PCs in the last 6-7 years; however, many of these people have a limited knowledge of how to use the Microsoft Office programs. Once a user learns the Microsoft programs in their native language, the icons are the same for all of the worldwide versions. The key objective is that a new user will better understand a technical lesson in their native language before being asked to use an English PC here in the U.S.," says Ben Rodriguez, business development manager for Ritmo Latino.
