Unisys Global Outsourcing & Infrastructure Services Select DiskSites to Provide Wide Area File Services Solutions

At Storage Networking World, the Global Outsourcing & Infrastructure Services business unit of Unisys (NYSE:UIS) and DiskSites, an innovator in delivering network infrastructure optimization solutions to distributed organizations, today announced a three-year agreement. The terms of the agreement call for DiskSites to provide its innovative wide area file services (WAFS) VBranch products to Unisys, which will then integrate a complete product and services solution which will be sold to Global 2000 customers through Dell, as well as other Unisys global channel partners.
Unisys was recently listed as a Leader in the data center outsourcing Magic Quadrant by Gartner, Inc. in its 2005 evaluation of data center outsourcing providers.
