Shopping Syndicate LLC Launches Dealhack Website to Track Bargains on Technology and Consumer Products; Dealhack.Com Delivers Discounts From Top Online Retailers to Creative Class Users

Posted on: Tuesday, 1 November 2005, 09:00 CST

Shopping Syndicate LLC today announced the launch of Dealhack(TM) as the insider source for online coupon codes, rebates and specials on the hottest technology and consumer products.

Dealhack locates discounts on products of interest to web users who are engaged in creative careers or pastimes -- people who are very comfortable using computers to get things done, but aren't necessarily programmers or IT experts.

"There is a need in the market for a bargain site with a strong editorial focus," said Michael Bell, CEO of Shopping Syndicate LLC. "While there are other places to find coupon codes, our goal is to serve as a lens to help our users find great deals on the products they care about the most. We see ourselves as a stand-in for the trusted friend who always seems to be in the know."

"I've found some really great values on the site," said Dealhack user and recording studio owner Paul Tavenner. "I enjoy scanning the entries from time to time just to see what they have posted."

Dealhack bridges the gap between coupon or comparison shopping sites that have thousands of entries and insider blogs like Engadget or Gizmodo. Thus, it serves both as a shopping guide and a source for special deals.

Dealhack also has regular weekly features that its users enjoy, like Top 10 CDs, Top 5 DVD Sales and Rentals, Top 10 In-Demand Book Titles, and highlighted "Dealhack Favorites."

"Our motto is, 'We Search...You Save' because we constantly scour the web," said Christopher Bell, COO. "We are obsessed with finding the best deals on the most interesting, useful products and services for our users."
