Mexicana Announces a New Route Between Mexico City and Miami

MEXICO CITY, Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Mexicana de Aviacion, Mexico's first airline and leader in the international market today announced the launch of a non-stop flight service between Mexico City and Miami, FL.
Operated with modern Airbus A319 equipment the flights are equipped with 12 seats in "Executive Class" and 108 seats in "Tourist Class." The new route will operate daily departing Mexico City at 7:00 a.m. and returning to Miami at 6:15 p.m.
The Mexico City-Miami route has been created to accommodate the demand of passengers traveling due to the growth of commerce between the two cities. In fact, the route has been designed taking into consideration the increased amount of business people who often are required to be in Miami before noon and need to return to Mexico the same day.
This new route will have Mexicana's exclusive and unique CONCIERGE Service designed for the busy executives who travel frequently on the Mexico City-Miami segment. CONCIERGE provides the ultimate in personalized travel service allowing passengers to bypass the airport formalities.
Additionally, the new route will provide an alternative to the fast-growing Mexican community residing in Miami who frequently travel back and forth. The route will also accommodate those passengers originating their flights in secondary cities on the East Coast connecting through Miami.
With these new flights, Mexicana will now be flying to 13 destinations in the United States, reaffirming its position as the airline from Mexico with the most number of flights from Mexico to the U.S.
