Bruinsma and Desmyter Join Founders Trust Personal Bank

GRAND RAPIDS - Founders Trust Personal Bank announced that Brad Bruinsma and Mike DeSmyter have joined the bank's commercial lending department as commercial loan officers. Both will have responsibilities that include client relationship development, commercial loan portfolio management and growth, and development of business banking solutions for their client base.

MIKE DESMYTER
Bruinsma graduated in 1999 from Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights, IL. Prior to joining Founders Trust, he held positions in commercial real estate and in commercial lending. Bruinsma is also a licensed realtor.
DeSmyter graduated from Central Michigan University with a degree in Finance in 1999. His previous work experience includes positions as a senior credit analyst, trust portfolio manager and commercial banking officer. DeSmyter is currently pursuing an MBA degree at Western Michigan University.
Founders Trust Personal Bank has total assets in excess of $300 million with an additional $330 million managed by the trust & investment management department.
