Sylantro and Newest Reseller Dynavar Partner to Deliver Carrier-Class Integrated Communications Platform for Longtime Regional Service Provider
Sylantro Systems, the leader in hosted communications solutions, and Dynavar, a leading systems integrator, announced that Fidelity Communications has chosen the Sylantro applications feature server for the company's business and consumer Voice over IP (VoIP) service offerings. Furthermore, Fidelity has selected Dynavar Corporation, Sylantro's newest reseller, to provide systems design, installation and integration of the award-winning Sylantro platform.
Founded in 1940, Missouri-based Fidelity Communications Company is comprised of 13 subsidiaries including wireless, wireline, cable triple-play and other operations on a regional basis. Fidelity will deploy Sylantro-based hosted VoIP services for business and consumer customers in the first half of 2006. The Sylantro platform will be initially deployed as an enterprise-wide solution for Fidelity's multiple business offices, providing greater mobility, accessibility and improved communications across all locations. The solution will also allow customer support calls to be evenly distributed across multiple locations for higher customer satisfaction and reduced communications costs.
"We've built our business by providing top-of-the-line communications services throughout our local service areas, while maintaining a personal touch," said Robert Trottmann, Director of Marketing for Fidelity Communications. "After evaluating several solutions for hosted VoIP services, we selected the Sylantro solution because it is the most reliable, feature-rich solution. In addition, Dynavar's breadth of services and experience in working in large, multi-service environments such as ours will provide a valuable resource in integrating the solution into our network. Through Sylantro and Dynavar, we can now deliver world-class customer service to our client base, and new flexibility and mobility options in communications services for our business and consumer customers," he said.
"We are pleased that our relationship with Sylantro has allowed us to deliver the industry's leading hosted communications solution for Fidelity Communications," said Chris Poer, Executive Vice president of Global Sales of Dynavar. "We've been able to leverage Sylantro's carrier-grade solutions and demonstrated experience in carrier deployments, resulting in rapid time to market with unique VoIP solutions for our service-provider customers."
"We congratulate Dynavar on their deployment of the Sylantro applications feature server, and are pleased that a provider of Fidelity Communications' caliber has chosen our platform as the basis for new services and offerings for their customers," said Pete Bonee, CEO of Sylantro Systems. "For over 65 years, Fidelity has been providing advanced communications solutions to their diverse customer base and now, through Sylantro and Dynavar, Fidelity can deliver hosted, integrated communications services that stem the tide of consumer line losses and compete very effectively against premise-based phone systems."
