RedMax Chooses ServiceBench for Automated Warranty Claims System; Commercial Outdoor Power Company to Streamline Service Operations for Nationwide Channel

Under the contract, ServiceBench will deliver its Warranty Management solution to automate warranty claims processes for enhanced service operations and reporting.
Specifically, with the system from ServiceBench, RedMax's nationwide network of distributors and dealers will be able to automatically submit and manage warranty claims via an easy to use Web-based interface. The system will significantly speed claims processing times while helping to eliminate errors and redundancies. Standardized production reports will also unveil key trends to help ensure unparalleled product quality.
