CBS, NBC to Offer on-Demand Shows

Shows from NBC and CBS will be released commercial-free within hours of airing through on-demand providers for 99 cents each, it was announced Monday.
NBC has an agreement with DirecTV that includes shows from USA, Sci Fi and Bravo. CBS's deal with Comcast will include CSI, Survivor, The Amazing Race, among other shows, TV Week reported.
The NBC shows will be available with the new DirecTV Plus interactive DVR receivers that are rolling out this month. The CBS shows will be available on Comcast's VOD service starting in January.
