FREMONT, Calif., Nov. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Avanex Corporation , a pioneer of intelligent photonic solutions that enable next-generation optical networks, today announced that it has moved its first quarter fiscal 2006 financial results conference call from Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2005 to Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2005. One of the company's financial support institutions has a software issue related to the accounting of equity compensation as described under FAS123R regulations.
The conference call will be held at 4:30 p.m. EST on Nov. 9, 2005. The new number for the conference call is 210-234-0016, and the password is "Avanex."
