SQN Banking Systems Integrates Identify Software's AppSight Black Box Technology into Signature Verification Systems; Problem Resolution Software Improves Quality, Increases System Availability

SQN Banking Systems, a leading provider of integrated fraud detection and process improvement products for the financial industry, and Identify(R) Software (New York), the leading provider of application problem resolution software, announced that SQN Banking Systems selected Identify's AppSight(TM) Black Box software to improve its software quality assurance process and proactively resolve technical issues.

SQN Banking Systems is using AppSight to triage and quickly fix problems in its signature verification system. By facilitating remote customer service access for SQN Banking Systems' IT professionals, AppSight has reduced the amount of travel to client sites and enabled same-day service.
