RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Time Warner Telecom Inc. , a leading provider of managed voice and data networking solutions for businesses, today announced the successful installation of next generation IP voice lines, wide area Ethernet service and Internet access for PBM Graphics' three North Carolina locations.
"Time Warner Telecom is in the front of telecommunications technology, and we like that," said Yuri Romero, IT Director for PBM Graphics. "When we looked at what we needed in a telecommunications provider, we realized very few could do what we wanted to do with IP trunking and Internet access.
Time Warner Telecom services, like extended and metro Ethernet, help PBM Graphics transport large data-intensive graphic files between locations to improve cycle time and productivity during the setup and printing process.
PBM Graphics is one of the larger privately held full-service commercial printers in the country. "It is critical to our business that we have the bandwidth to handle our customers' needs," added Romero. "Time Warner Telecom was the only company that could deliver all the services PBM needed."
"PBM Graphics is an example of a customer that can increase productivity by utilizing several of our products that meet their business needs," said Marilyn Finfrock, vice president and general manager for Time Warner Telecom in Raleigh. "By integrating metro and wide area Ethernet, Internet access and VoIP, PBM's day to day data and business communications needs are greatly simplified."
