CoConnect Announces Issuance of MOU With Homeland Defense Wireless Contractor Phoenix Systems Corp. For the Purchase of Wireless Product Assets

SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CoConnect, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CNTI) announced that on Friday, November 18, 2005 it issued a Memorandum of Understanding to Phoenix Systems Corp. of Rochester, NY for their Phoenix Systems Engineering and Phoenix Systems Products Group breakthrough and patent pending intellectual property assets and rights on further development of certain military and commercial network and wireless communication technologies.
"There is a new wind in the air for CoConnect and it's blowing in the direction of the very rich Homeland Defense space in wireless technology," said CNTI CEO Josh Eikov.
CoConnect will commercialize several of Phoenix's products that all focus on wireless connectivity devices and software products. These products might include products enhancing wireless connectivity, a wireless intrusion detection system and products optimizing wireless communications for secure multimedia applications. The first product will focus around a network connectivity adaptor that will allow wireless devices of different protocols to communicate over any network using PC card technology.
