Knology to Present at Investor Conferences; Presentations Broadcasted Live Over the Internet

Knology, Inc. (Nasdaq: KNOL) today announced that Rodger L. Johnson, President and Chief Executive Officer, and M. Todd Holt, Chief Financial Officer of Knology, Inc., will give a Company presentation at the Credit Suisse First Boston 2005 Global Media Week Conference in New York City on Tuesday, December 6, 2005 at 2:20 p.m. Eastern Time. In additional, Mr. Johnson and Mr. Holt, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, will give a Company presentation at the UBS 33rd Annual Media Week Conference in New York City on Wednesday, December 7, 2005 at 8:00 am Eastern Time. The presentations will include a discussion of the Company's strategic objectives, as well as an overview of its past financial performance.
