FLYi, Inc. Reports November 2005 Traffic

DULLES, Va., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FLYi, Inc. reported preliminary November 2005 passenger traffic results today for low- fare airline Independence Air. The airline generated 163.1 million revenue passenger miles (RPMs), while available seat miles (ASMs) were 248.5 million. For the month, 297,349 passengers were carried. Independence Air load factor for November was at 65.6 percent, compared to 52.0 percent in November 2004.

For the eleven months ended November 30, 2005, RPMs were at 2.8 billion, while ASMs were 4.1 billion. The company carried 5,007,202 passengers during the first eleven months of 2005.
In addition, Independence Air achieved excellent operational results for the month of November, including on-time arrivals at 84.4 percent.
