United Online to Present at SG Cowen & Co. Internet Conference
WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., Dec. 6, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- United Online, Inc. (Nasdaq:UNTD), a leading provider of consumer Internet subscription services, today announced that the company will present at SG Cowen's Internet Conference on December 8, 2005 in New York, NY at the Le Parker Meridien (118 W 57th St.). Mark Goldston, chairman, CEO, and president, and Charles Hilliard, executive vice president, finance and CFO, will present at 10 a.m. ET (7 a.m. PT). Ted Cahall, executive vice president and COO of Classmates.com and executive vice president, United Online Web Services will participate in the conference's Social Networking Panel at 11:30 a.m. ET (8:30 PT).
The conference will consist of three general session presentations featuring panels as well as company presentations.

Please note that registration is required to access the Web cast. The Web cast will be archived for a period of seven days after the event.
