Republic Airways Reports a 52% Increase in November 2005 Traffic

Republic Airways Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:RJET), today reported preliminary passenger traffic results for November 2005. The company generated 434 million revenue passenger miles (RPMs), a 52.1% increase over the same month last year, while available seat miles (ASMs) increased to 632.5 million, a 52.2% increase. Load factor was 68.5% versus 68.6% in November 2004. A total of 778,845 passengers were carried during the month, a 19.0% increase over the same month last year. Republic Airways Holdings, based in Indianapolis, Indiana is an airline holding company that operates Chautauqua Airlines, Republic Airlines and Shuttle America. The company offers scheduled passenger service on approximately 800 flights daily to 78 cities in 33 states, Canada and the Bahamas through airline services agreements with four major U.S. airlines. All of its flights are operated under its major airline partner brand, such as AmericanConnection, Delta Connection, United Express and US Airways Express.
