National Cyber Security Alliance to Co-Present Web Cast on Holiday Cyber Security Tips Hosted By DHS and Multi-State ISAC

WASHINGTON, Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ --

WHAT: The National Cyber Security Alliance, the central clearinghouse for cyber security awareness and education for home users, small businesses, and the education community, will be co-presenting a web cast titled, "Cyber Security Tips for the Holiday Season," with the Better Business Bureau and AT&T. The presentation will include smart e-shopping tips that will help consumers keep private information safe while conducting online shopping transactions and practical steps to keeping computers secure this season. This will be the last presentation this year in a series of web casts hosted by the Department of Homeland Security and the Multi- State Information Sharing and Analysis Center, a coalition of 50 States and the District of Columbia to advance the cyber security preparedness and resilience of state and local governments. The MS-ISAC helps raise awareness and knowledge levels of critical and timely cyber security issues. WHEN: The web cast will take place on Thursday, December 15 from 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. ET.
