(BULLETIN BOARD: NMXS) , http://www.nmxs.com/ , announced today that it has signed with radiology firm Premier Medical Enterprise Solutions, Inc. for New Mexico Software's XR-EXpress web-based picture, archiving and communication system (PACS) and integrated document management solution.
