Orasi Software's Newest Version of Ideascope Advances Public Surveys and Page Ratings to Address Web Experience and Customer Loyalty

ATLANTA, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Orasi Software today announced major advancements in the December 2005 release of IdeaScope(TM), the company's on- demand customer feedback management application for capture and prioritization of customer ideas and opinions. In response to market demand for capturing customer feedback within the context of a web site, portal or online application, Orasi has enabled public survey capabilities within IdeaScope. Regarded as the ideal replacement for the common web survey or email link, IdeaScope allows companies to capture feedback and ratings on any and every page of an application. IdeaScope centrally manages all customer input and maintains a continuous, automatic feedback loop with its customers on the status of their submissions.

Orasi has expanded its web browser support beyond Internet Explorer to include Netscape(R) and Firefox(R). Additionally, IdeaScope Managers now have the option to invoke 128-bit SSL encryption for traffic between the user's browser and the IdeaScope server.
