GTC Telecom Launches Full Scale Wireless Service for Less Than $10 Per Month

Posted on: Thursday, 15 December 2005, 09:00 CST

GTC Telecom Corp. (OTCBB:GTCC), a nationwide provider of long-distance and Internet service, announced today that it has begun the full scale launch of its GTC Wireless cellular phone service. As previously announced, GTC will offer wireless service on a nationwide basis as a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO). Bucking the industry trend of complicated service offerings, GTC Wireless is offered at the simple low rate of $9.99 per month and 9.9 cents per minute. Customers will only be billed for the minutes that they actually use, rather than choosing from a complicated listing of bundled minute plans. In keeping with its simple theme, customers are not obligated to enter into long-term contracts with GTC.

GTC Telecom CEO S. Paul Sandhu stated: "Our new wireless service offering opens the door for us to market directly to families, older Americans, or anyone who previously thought that they couldn't afford a cellular phone. Our low monthly fee and per minute pricing structure allows GTC to once again lead the way in offering truly fair and flexible pricing to wireless consumers nationwide. Consumers shouldn't be forced to gamble when choosing their wireless plans and we believe that we've offered a simple solution to this problem."

GTC offers a full suite of GSM phones and accessories for its wireless service. For more information, please go to www.gtcwireless.com.
