Cingular Wireless Schedules Fourth Quarter 2005 Earnings Release and Conference Call for January 24, 2006

ATLANTA, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Cingular Wireless, a joint venture between AT&T Inc. and BellSouth Corporation , will report its fourth quarter 2005 earnings on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2006, at 8:00 a.m. (ET).
In addition, the company will hold a conference call with the investment community beginning at 10:00 a.m. (ET). Operational and financial results for the quarter will be discussed during the call.
The conference call will be webcast and archived on Cingular's website at http://www.cingular.com/investor for 30 days, as well as on the websites of AT&T Inc. and BellSouth Corp.
