Commerce Bank Names Butto Top Executive for Reading Region; Bank Continues to Drive Growth in Berks County

Commerce Bank/Harrisburg, NA, the sole banking subsidiary of Pennsylvania Commerce Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ:COBH), today announced Joseph N. Butto as regional vice president for the bank's Reading Region. He will oversee all deposit and lending operations in Berks County.

Butto, a resident of Mohnton Borough, Berks County, previously was a senior vice president with Citizens Bank. He has more than 20 years of financial services experience.

Butto serves on the board of directors for Olivet Boys and Girls Club of Reading and Berks County. He earned his bachelor's degree in business management from The Pennsylvania State University.

Butto joins Commerce as the bank begins its third year in the Reading market.
