Numerex and Niigata Seimitsu/Toyota Industries Corporation Forge Strategic Alliance

ATLANTA, Dec. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Numerex Corp. and Niigata Seimitsu/Toyota Industries Corporation today announced their joint strategy to manufacture and distribute Numerex's extensive suite of product offerings. This joint initiative is designed to provide Numerex wireless telemetry customers with superior product integrity, reliability and overall assurances of real-time product availability. Under the terms of the agreement, Niigata will be the primary manufacturer for the finished goods and products of the various Numerex wireless product lines including Uplink, MobileGuardian and VendView.
