Network Installation's Spectrum Adds New Sales & Marketing Executive

IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Network Installation Corp. (BULLETIN BOARD: NWKI) , today announced the hiring of Jonathan Steele as Vice President, Sales & Marketing of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Spectrum Communications.

Spectrum President & COO Scott Hoganson stated, "Jonathan is a seasoned veteran of domestic as well as international marketing, distribution and channel development. He is a valuable addition and I'm thrilled to have him on our team. His focus will be on sales growth through expanded customer segments, including federal government, health care and enterprise business."

Prior to joining Spectrum, Mr. Steele spent 13 years as Business Unit Director with Budde International, an international distributor of computer graphics equipment solutions. At Budde, he was responsible for VAR channel development in Europe, Asia and South America, including a strategic partnership with Polaroid.

Joining Nextel Communications in 1998, Mr. Steele was International Director of Marketing Distribution, responsible for Nextel's new market launches in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Peru. He played a key role in Nextel International sales growth through new distribution channels.

Mr. Steele also served as General Manager of Marketing Distribution for PacTel Cellular (now Verizon Wireless) from 1986 to 1989. He co-authored the original PacTel Cellular retail marketing plan for the Greater Los Angeles area, targeting distribution sales with Radio Shack, Circuit City, AT&T Stores, Hertz/Avis outlets and AAA of Southern California.

Mr. Steele was Captain, United States Marine Corp from 1968 to 1972, serving in Viet Nam. He also served as a volunteer in the United States Peace Corp in Brazil. Mr. Steele received his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Paul Seminary, MN and his MBA from American Graduate School of International Management, AZ.
