Wizzard Software Expands Distribution Agreement With IBM for IBM ViaVoice(R) Developer Offerings to Include Asia Pacific Region

Wizzard Software (OTCBB:WIZD) announced today that the IBM ViaVoice(R) OEM Distribution agreement presently in place between Wizzard and IBM (NYSE:IBM) has been substantially expanded to include the Asia Pacific region, making this a worldwide market for Wizzard.
Under these expanded terms, Wizzard will now offer ViaVoice speech recognition and Text-To-Speech Software Developer Kits (SDKs) and associated runtimes to a substantial market, comprised of many Asia Pacific countries where speech technologies are emerging, such as China, Japan, and Australia. Wizzard will also continue to be the channel for IBM ViaVoice SDKs and distributable runtime packages to developers in North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
A substantial number of languages are available from Wizzard, including: US English; UK English; French; French Canadian; German; Italian; Danish; Finnish; Norwegian; Swedish; Spanish; Mexican Spanish; Brazilian Portuguese; Japanese; Traditional Chinese; Simplified Chinese languages; and the newest addition of concatenative TTS in Japanese.
