British Airways Offers The `Heart of London'

NEW YORK, Jan. 12, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- A three-night, all-inclusive London hotel package holiday, including an evening at the theatre starting at $519 from JFK, is being offered by British Airways.
The holiday package is on sale through Sunday (midnight EST), March 9, 2006, and is valid for travel through Tuesday, March 28, 2006. The package includes roundtrip transatlantic airfare between North America and London, three nights accommodation at the centrally located Mercure City Bankside Hotel, daily continental breakfast and the choice of one theatre ticket per passenger.

Comparable fares are available from all 19 British Airways gateway cities in the USA with such sample fares as $590 from Los Angeles and San Francisco, $548 from Boston, $558 from Washington, Baltimore, Miami, Atlanta, Houston and Detroit and $574 from Chicago.
An upgraded version of the holiday also is available starting at $2760 from most of the USA. From Seattle, Los Angeles San Francisco, Phoenix and Denver the cost is $3395. This exceptional value includes roundtrip transatlantic travel in Club World (business class), accommodation at the five-star London Marriott County Hall Hotel and Spa, Limousine transfers between airport and hotel, full breakfast everyday and premium theatre ticket.
The holiday package prices are based on double occupancy and are subject to availability and government approval; they do not include government fees and taxes of approximately $148 plus the $2.50 Sept. 11 Security fee.
