Tactex Controls Announces License Deal with Hill-Rom

VICTORIA, BC, Dec. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tactex Controls Inc., (http://www.tactex.com/, TSX Venture:TTX), the developer of patented fibre optic based Kinotex(R) products, today announced it has signed an agreement with Hill-Rom which involves an advance payment of $1.5M U.S. to Tactex. Other commercial terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.
