Premiere Global Services Extends Lead in E-Mail Marketing With Acquisition of Accucast Inc.

Premiere Global Services Inc. (NYSE:PGI), a global outsource provider of business process solutions, today announced it has acquired Accucast Inc., a pioneer of e-mail communications services and recognized industry leader in on-line marketing. Accucast's intelligence-based platform leverages event and customer data in real time to create highly relevant, personalized marketing campaigns that result in increased response rates and improved customer relationships for more than 200 clients, including ACE Hardware, Brown Forman, Delta Air Lines, Regions Bank and Travelocity.

With a scalable, open standards platform, Accucast's full suite of e-mail campaign management tools and intuitive user interface empower enterprise clients to unlock the value of their customer data by translating it into actionable e-mail marketing campaigns. Accucast enables clients to deliver dynamic content that is tailored to the individual customer with trigger-based e-mails at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
