ALi Corporation and Oregan Networks offer the industry leading 802.11a/b/g Networked DVD Player reference design and a standalone digital media adapter, as turnkey solutions for Networked Media Products manufacturers.
The platforms are based on ALi's T6305 and T6306 new generation SoC supporting MPEG-1/2/4 playback or network A/V data streaming over wired or wireless networks, designed specifically for digital home entertainment client devices, to stream photos, video and audio over wireless networks.
Oregan's end-to-end middleware, comprising an Intel(R) NMPR conformant PC host stack and embedded client, facilitates standards-based media streaming, home networking and premium content delivery. The unified user interface for control and management of DVD, home media and IP premium content is incorporated with Oregan's fully featured TV Internet browser, enabling HTML and Macromedia Flash content rendering. Oregan's core networking, media streaming and browsing solution is enhanced with advanced client stack features, including UPnP automatic network and content discovery, online premium content access and interactive TV games.
