Aarohi Communications Selects Former Intel Executive to Lead Marketing Efforts

SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Aarohi Communications, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent SAN components and software, today announced the addition of Taufik Ma as vice president of marketing and business development. In this new position, Taufik will spearhead Aarohi's marketing team and drive existing and new business expansion efforts.

Taufik brings over 17 years of experience in the semiconductor and systems business. Most recently, he was general manager of the Enterprise Platforms and Services Division at Intel Corporation where he oversaw the growth of revenues to over $400M annually. He also drove the Bladecenter collaboration with IBM, pioneered Intel's white box SAN platform, and built their telecom server business. Prior to that, Taufik was director of architecture and strategic planning at Intel where he was responsible for the planning, development, product integration, and OEM engagement for key Intel technologies including PCI-Express, Intel Virtualization Technology, Fully-Buffered-DIMMs, demand-based switching, and SSE2 (streaming SIMD extensions).
