Save Money By Enforcing Law

So Highway 6 is a dangerous route from Price to Springville, and we need to spend millions for construction to make it safe. Hogwash! I have traveled that road many times, going the speed limit, and I find it a beautiful route and pleasant to drive. I watch for animals. I pass other vehicles only where there are passing lanes. That highway is well-built now. The real danger lies in the weak brains of many drivers.
On Highway 6 I have been passed by cars going over the double line and tailgated by trucks that would have crushed me had I stopped in an emergency.
The answer? Get the courage to enforce the law!
