Samsung Chooses Handango for Exclusive Two-Year Deal to Source and Deliver Mobile Content for Its Smart Devices

BARCELONA, Spain, Feb. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Today at 3GSM World Congress 2006, Samsung Electronics Co. and Handango, the leading provider of mobile content, announced they have signed a deal to offer mobile content for Samsung's full range of smart devices in Europe through the Fun Club Software Store. Utilizing Handango's trusted mobile content platform, Handango AMPP, Handango will host the Fun Club Software Store at http://www.handango.com/samsung/uk. The Fun Club Software Store is part of the Samsung Fun Club (http://www.samsungmobile.com/), a dynamic portal that gives Samsung's customers easy access to ringtones, games, rewards and more.
Available in five languages including German, Italian, Spanish, French and English, the Fun Club Software Store offers customers the best mobile content for their Samsung D720, D730 and i300 phones. Customers can easily browse, purchase and download a broad range of mobile applications for Symbian OS(TM) and Windows Mobile such as travel, multimedia, reference, productivity and games.
