Feb. 14--An 18-year-old Caldwell man and an unidentified juvenile were arrested by Caldwell police Monday in connection with an early morning armed robbery at a Jackson's Food Store at 2406 S. Montana St.
Brad D. Stirm, 18, is charged with armed robbery. The juvenile was not identified.
According to witnesses, a man entered the Jackson's about 2:51 a.m., displayed a large revolver to a clerk and demanded cash.
The man then left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to reports.
A short time later, a Caldwell police officer made a traffic stop on a car and determined an occupant resembled the description of the robber.
Further investigation, including evidence discovered in the car, led police to arrest Stirm and the juvenile and charge them with the robbery, police said.
