The Software Industry Awards, now in its 12th year, recognize individuals and companies that have made outstanding contributions to the industry. The Awards also measure the continuing growth and influence of the software industry in Southern California, representing over 8,000 companies and tens of thousands of talented employees.
Epicor was the Software Council's 2005 "Company of the Year" honoree. The "Company of the Year" award is presented to the software company headquartered in Southern California that has been in operation more than three years and receives the highest aggregate ratings in sales/revenue growth, team building, product innovation, positive effect on the technology industry within Southern California, and involvement in industry trade organizations, legislative activities pertinent to the software industry, and other civic and community organizations.
The 2006 Awards will be presented during a gala dinner ceremony at the historic Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles on March 8, 2006.
