According to a newly published report by Dell'Oro Group, the trusted source for market information about the networking and telecommunications industries, the worldwide service provider router market grew to $4.4 billion in 2005, matching the record level achieved at the height of the technology boom in the year 2000. Cisco Systems was the market share leader for the year, followed by Juniper Networks.
