Is That a Radio in Your Pocket? Sprint Announces New Music Tones From Artists Such as Sheryl Crow and Sting

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Consumer Electronics Show -- Today Sprint announces the addition of new Music Tones from industry leader Universal Music Group. These new titles join the existing line up of Music Tones from Sony Music Group artists. Sprint was the first U.S. carrier to launch Music Tones, which are ringers that sound like the actual song, last July.

In 2003, Sprint sold more than 20 million ringers and screen savers. Sprint offers a wide range of polyphonic, animated, voice and Music Tone ringers.

PCS Vision(SM) customers can purchase Music Tones and other ringers directly on their phones or through http://www.sprintpcs.com/ . On a PCS Vision Phone, customers simply select Menu/ Downloads/ Ringers and Get New. From there, customers can browse the more than one thousand titles offered by Sprint.
