Feb. 28--Route 183 in Schuylkill County was closed for about two hours Monday after a tractor-trailer became stuck under a railroad bridge in Cressona, state police said. No one was injured in the 1:30 p.m. accident, troopers said. Investigators gave this account: Omar D. Battle-Page, 33, Springfield, Mo., was driving north on Route 183 when he failed to see a yellow flashing clearance sign as he approached the bridge. The top of the truck hit the bridge and the rig became stuck facing north. The truck later was towed away. Battle-Page, who was wearing a seat belt, was not injured. Troopers cited him for traffic violations.
