CinTel Corp. (OTCBB: CNCN), a leader in Internet traffic management, announced today it has signed a sales agreement with the Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) for the supply of $1.9 million (USD) worth of network equipment. CinTel will, in conjunction with Samsung Networks (www.samsungnetworks.net), be supplying all replacement LAN (Local Area Network) equipment to ROKAF with the exception of cables.
This project involves replacing outdated ATM LAN equipment currently being used by the ROKAF with highly effective gigabit Ethernet-based environment. This will enable ROKAF to greatly increase informational resources so that the ROKAF may look ahead to almost limitless expandability, stability, and a more secure network environment that can enable highly-efficient security, operation, education and technology within the network.
Kyung-Seop Lee, the department head of sales at CinTel's Korean subsidiary states, "Although CinTel has supplied to many government agencies over the years, the last few years have been lackluster. This sale to ROKAF will be a catalyzing event which will reinvigorate CinTel's government sector IT presence. With our ever expanding ability to offer a total solution, we will be able to create packages that suit the needs of government agencies and enterprise level customers."
Sang Don Kim, the CEO of CinTel announced, "2006 will be a watershed year for CinTel, as we will focus on maximizing company value through dramatically increased sales of our core business of internet traffic management (ITM), cache and NI (Network Integration) business. We will continue or efforts to acquire other profitable companies in the ever-expanding arena of digital content market. Supplying replacement LAN to ROKAF is a small but good example of the type of sales to come in 2006. CinTel will move from supplying simple ITM solutions to much larger projects encompassing system integration and network integration to maximize revenues and profits and bring the best total solutions to each client. Just as CinTel has succeeded in securing Hyundai Heavy Industry (HHI)'s overseas projects in conjunction with KT (formerly, Korea Telecom), CinTel cooperated with Samsung Networks to secure this project. CinTel will continue to strategically ally with the likes of KT and Samsung Networks to drastically increase revenues in 2006. While CinTel is working on system integration projects, we continue to build on our core network of ITM with our iCache and iLog solutions
