CLX Investment Company Announces eStrategy Solutions Live Online Course Offerings

Posted on: Friday, 3 March 2006, 12:00 CST

CLX Investment Company, Inc. (OTCBB:CLXN) today released a summary of current live online courses for portfolio investment eStrategy Solutions, an e-learning provider with a focus on training, certification and licensing for government entities and other professional organizations.

eStrategy Solutions, www.estrategysolutions.com, has launched courses for over a dozen clients in the state of Texas including the Texas Health & Human Services Commission, the Texas Department of State Health Services, the Texas Youth Commission, the Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission, the Texas Education Agency, the Texas Department of Information Resources, the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners, the Texas Health Care Association, the Texas Association for Homes and Services of the Aging, My Trade Training, the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners, the Texas Society for Professional Engineers, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Over fifteen courses are currently live, and eStrategy Solutions is receiving revenue from a growing number of online users. CLX recently announced that the February average per day revenues from online courses increased 35% over January's daily average. Additional revenue growth for eStrategy Solutions is expected as new courses are launched over the coming weeks and months. eStrategy Solutions is also pursuing expansion into new state and regional markets as interest in the company's online content delivery solutions grows.

"We have received a number of shareholder inquiries regarding the status of eStrategy Solutions and its online course offerings, so we thought that an update at this time would be appropriate," said Tammy Dunn, chief executive officer of CLX Investment Company. "eStrategy Solutions is clearly serving a broad spectrum of agencies and organizations in the state of Texas, and the list of both its clients and active online course offerings continues to expand.

"Revenue growth not only ensures the repayment of CLX's investment and increased value from our 49% equity position, but it also brings to eStrategy Solutions additional attention from companies seeking acquisitions. All of these results are good news for CLX as it looks to continually increase the value of its investment portfolio and provide return to its shareholders," added Ms. Dunn.
