Gilbane Conference on Technologies for Content Applications San Francisco Press and Analyst Registration Now Open

Event Offers Forum to See Latest Content Technologies - Enterprise Search, Automated Publishing, Blog and Wiki Technologies, Enterprise Digital Rights Management and More

The Gilbane Report and Lighthouse Seminars today announced that press and analyst registration is now open online for its popular conference series on technologies for content applications returning to San Francisco April 24-26, 2006 at the Palace Hotel. Returning to San Francisco, the event is expanding its educational and conference programs to include in-depth discussions on enterprise search, automated publishing technologies for design-critical content, and how blogs and wikis fit into the enterprise. In addition, the event includes the new co-located Enterprise Digital Rights Management (DRM) Conference to cover content security issues.

On Sunday, April 23rd CM Professionals will host its 5th Summit at the Palace Hotel in conjunction with the Gilbane Conference on Content Management Technologies. The event kicks off at 9:00 a.m. with an industry keynote followed by roundtable discussions and workshops. Participants will have the opportunity to obtain advice and recommendations from experts who are already well established in the field, and to exchange ideas with other professionals working in the content management community of practice. In addition to the conference sessions and keynotes, CMS Idol will take place on Tuesday, April 25th. In round 1, six vendors will present 6-minute demos showing the best features of their systems. The top three finalists move on to round 2 in which they will each present 8-minute demos showing something special about their solution. The audience votes for the winner.
