ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- In a service offering that leverages a signature core competency, Progress Telecom, a leading broadband services provider, has announced it will offer Network Operations Center (NOC) Services to corporate and carrier customers.

Progress Telecom's NOC Services include IP-, voice- and broadband-network monitoring. The company, which is equipped to proactively monitor an array of platforms, is offering its service in individually designed packages, including:
