Charys Holding Company, Inc. Secures $2 Million Credit Facility for Subsidiary Method IQ

ATLANTA, March 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Charys Holding Company, Inc. ("Charys") (BULLETIN BOARD: CHYS) today announced that it has entered into a two-year secured credit facility for its subsidiary Method IQ (MIQ) with a national financial institution whereby MIQ will have at its disposal up to a $2 million line of credit.
"The credit facility will enable Method IQ to have the working capital it needs to fund its operations and to expand its customer base," said Billy Ray, CEO of Charys. "With the current trend of capturing larger projects in its market segment, we are happy to provide the company the runway and flexibility it needs to grow and further enhance its position as a leader in its field."

In Q4 of 2005, Method IQ was awarded three major contracts for providing consulting services and interactive management solutions. The most extensive of the three is DialAmerica Marketing, Inc., a major, national Teleservices organization. DialAmerica Marketing Inc. contracted Method IQ to design and implement a new inbound contact center solution across their organization.
